BLACKWELL MOT AND TYRE CENTRE is registered and has a licence to perform MOT checks and is registered by the Department of Transport DVSA. Each of their expert testers carrying out the MOT inspections are also trained and certified. The decision to pass or fail each presented vehicle will be determined by the tester. The tester will be following the guidelines issued by the DVSA.
