The Harper's car was not the only one of its kind in Shrewsbury, as there were a number of other manufacturers producing similar vehicles around the same time. One of these was the Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton Railway Company, which produced a range of steam-powered cars between 1886 and 1888.

By the early 1900s, the car industry in Shrewsbury was booming and a number of different companies were producing cars. One of the most successful was the Shrewsbury Motor Company, which was founded in 1902. The company produced a range of cars that were popular with both the wealthy and the working classes.

Sell my car in Shrewsbury

If you are looking to sell your car in Shrewsbury, you have a few options. You can sell your car privately, to a dealership, or to a car buying service. Each option has its own set of pros and cons, so it's important to do your research to figure out which one is right for you.

Selling your car privately is often the most time-consuming option, but it can also be the most lucrative. You'll need to take care of all the paperwork and advertising yourself, but you'll be able to keep 100% of the proceeds from the sale.

Selling your car to a dealership is often the easiest option, but you'll likely get less money for your car than if you sold it privately. Dealerships typically offer trade-in value for your car, which is often less than the car's true market value.

Selling your car to a car buying service is often the quickest and easiest option, but you'll also get the least amount of money for your car. Car buying services typically offer around 50-60% of the car's true market value.
